Job Description:

ShengHong Corp is looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Technology Officer to lead and optimize the company's technology strategy. The CTO will work closely with the executive team to drive the company's technological development and innovation, ensuring technological efficiency and sustainability. The position requires strategic vision and execution capabilities to achieve the company's long-term goals and vision.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Technology Management:

Oversee the company's technology development and management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technology projects.

Develop and implement technical policies and procedures to improve technical efficiency and quality.

Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology and business operations.

Strategic Planning:

Work with the CEO and executive team to develop the company's long-term technology strategy and annual plan.

Ensure technology strategy is aligned with overall company strategy to drive business growth.

Performance Monitoring:

Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor technical performance.

Analyze technical data, identify problems and propose improvement plans.

Report technology status and performance results to the CEO regularly.

Team Management:

Lead and develop technical teams, ensuring professional growth and performance of team members.

Establish effective communication channels and promote cross-departmental collaboration.

Promote company culture and values ​​to boost employee morale and team cohesion.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage technology department budget to control costs and improve profitability.

Work with the finance department to ensure proper use of operating funds.

Oversee resource allocation to ensure maximum return on investment.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess technology risks and develop risk management strategies.

Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

Design and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Build and maintain good relationships with key customers and partners.

Continuously optimize customer experience and enhance customer loyalty.

Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including more than 5 years of senior management experience.

Successful technical management experience in the software or technology industry, particularly in a fast-growing company environment.

Experience working with multi-state organizations.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage profitable operations.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in handling multiple projects.

Have keen insight into industry trends and market changes.

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.

Strong interest in technology and innovation, especially in the area of ​​software and collaboration tools.
