Job Description:

ShengHong is looking for an experienced and energetic internal legal advisor with extensive business experience in the software industry and over 10 years of legal experience (required to have legal qualifications). You will work closely with ShengHong's business department and operations team to drive the success of this diverse global leader based on innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence.

You will be responsible for providing practical, timely, and high-quality legal services and analysis in the field of commercial transactions in the western market of the United States. You will report to the Deputy General Counsel and assist ShengHong's business team and other team members in negotiating and managing agreements. You will also supervise and guide external legal advisors, and provide legal advice to your internal clients. In addition, you will actively assist the legal team in continuously developing knowledge, skills, and processes, and lead legal programs and special projects as needed.

Assistance before and during litigation activities is crucial. You must be able to handle pre litigation matters, manage disputes, and develop effective conflict resolution strategies. In the lawsuit, you will supervise and manage the litigation process to ensure alignment with ShengHong's strategic goals. You must be able to act independently and quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs and directions.

Proficient in completing complex business transactions, including sales, channels, intellectual property licensing, SaaS, on-demand, outsourcing, hosting services, joint development, and procurement transactions with large multinational corporations.

Has extensive expertise in business and corporate legal issues, as well as intellectual property law. Understand antitrust, trade compliance, privacy, regulatory, and open source issues.

Experience in handling and resolving disputes and/or litigation in different jurisdictions.

I enjoy learning cutting-edge technologies and products.

Capable of conducting due diligence, negotiation, and integration for mergers and acquisitions from a business perspective.

Being able to handle significant and unique issues, where the analysis of situations or data requires the evaluation of intangible assets. Make independent judgments on the methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria used to obtain results. Establish a formal network involving coordination between groups.

Show the ability to find creative solutions to challenges and new, simpler ways to complete tasks.

Be able to make reasonable and independent judgments on various contractual matters and provide suggestions. The ability to independently determine methods and procedures for new or special tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with a wide audience including engineering, marketing, sales, and finance professionals.

Ability to lead, gain support, and drive cross functional processes in a matrix environment.

Capable of executing multiple tasks, determining workload priorities, and managing conflicting priorities.

More than 10/15 years of relevant professional legal experience.
